FREE Carriage throughout mainland UK (excludes Highlands,
Islands and Northern Ireland) with orders of 50 units+.
Outside of this geographical area carriage charged at cost.
Smaller orders (less than 50 units) charged at £7.00+VAT
per box (maximum weight 30 kilos).
Payment: We can accept cheques (made out to ‘ARTWAY’) in
addition to VISA/Mastercard and BACS payments. Wholesale
customers are offered 30 day terms with official orders.
VAT is charged at the standard rate. The title of goods
does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made
in full to the vendor, any monies received by the purchaser
following the sale of such goods or any part of them by the
purchaser, shall be held by the purchaser on trust, for the
vendor.
Delivery: Ex stock goods usually dispatched within 10
working days of receipt of order - although often we're
able to dispatch by return. If in the unlikely event goods

Damaged/pilfered goods: You must claim in writing against
the carriers for any goods damaged or pilfered within 3
days of receipt of goods. We strongly recommend that you
also show the parcels to the carrier and sign for the goods
as damaged, otherwise a claim may be invalid.
Return of goods: We regret that returned goods cannot be
accepted without prior authorisation. The goods must be in
a resalable condition for full credit allowance.
