The Duribond Glue Gun is a precision made product for dispensing hot melt glue. This powerful 55w unit warms up in 5 minutes and has a smooth-feed trigger mechanism to control glue flow. Features a ‘non-leaking nozzle’ to assist with accuracy in use and reduce mess. Great for bonding plastics; ceramics; paper; card wood and metals when used with appropriate glue sticks. Suitable for use with 11-11.5mm hot melt glue sticks.
Instructions:
1. Plug-in gun to 240v mains socket. Load with a suitable 11mm diameter hot melt glue stick through the rear tunnel of the gun
2. Allow the gun to fully warm-up before use (5mins approx.)
3. Once heated squeeze trigger carefully to feed the glue stick through the gun barrel. Release trigger to stop flow
4. Press surfaces together within 15 seconds of application. Clean surfaces work best
5. If the gun is to be rested for a time or if application is complete then turn off power for safety
CAUTION: Hot melt glue guns get very hot in use with the nozzle area reaching temperatures up to 380 degrees.If accidental contact should occur do not try to remove glue - place affected area in cold water IMMEDIATELY
